Hollie is the mother of 3 beautiful children, the wife of a firefighter, and the owner of a beautiful silver Labrador retriever named Blue. She is passionate about fitness, nutrition, family, friends, and fun.

An avid runner, Hollie also loves mountain biking, beach time, and traveling. She prides herself on inspiring others to incorporate exercise, meditation, and mindful meal planning into their lives to achieve optimal health for the body and mind. Most of all, Hollie loves her work as an aesthetic nurse and has a true passion for helping her patients become the best version of themselves.
