Eyelid Surgery Before & After Case 716

Our patient is just over 50, and is noting some significant changes in her eyelids. She's unhappy with the heaviness and increasing laxity of her upper eyelids, as well as the appearance of bags and loosening in the lower lids. Dr. Maser provided a lift to her eyes with upper and lower blepharoplasty. Excess skin and fat were removed, and the lids tailored. In the lower lids, a small amount of fat transfer helped improve the grooves that had become noticeable in the tear trough areas. Our patient is very happy with the changes, and her rejuvenated appearance.
