Eyelid Surgery Before & After Case 677

Patients have very specific concerns and wishes. In this case, our patient came to us following a previous eyelid surgery. Even though the previous surgery had created the double eyelid fold she wished, our patient wanted a much more pronounced result, with a higher fold, and deeper upper eyelid sulcus. To achieve her expressly desired result, Dr. Bates performed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and medial epicanthoplasty. The after photos show her results 3 months after surgery.
