Rhinoplasty Before & After Case 742

This patient's main issue with her nose was the dorsal hump and downward appearing tip.  She wanted to see about getting the hump removed and refining the tip of her nose and if airway maneuvers can be performed, she would like that as well, but her primary goal here is for cosmetic changes to the nose.  Patient had a Rhinoplasty and a septoplasty and was very happy with the outcome.
