Upper & Lower Eyelid Surgery - Case 661

This patient has been wanting surgery that will make positive changes for her in several ways. In her upper 40s, she has very heavy-appearing eyelids. There is puffiness, and drooping, which contribute to cosmetic as well as visual concerns. Dr. Lepore explained that for maximum 'lift' - she could combine blepharoplasty with a brow lift. At this time, however, our patient wished to have eyelid surgery alone. Dr. Lepore performed both upper and lower lid blepharoplasty, removing excess skin and fat pads. Her results, seen here at 2 months, show quite a change. Her eyelids are no longer the dominant feature of her face. Her (beautiful) eyes are much more open, and the drooping skin that was obscuring part of her vision, is gone. She's very happy (and smiling) with her new look.
