Breast Reduction Before & After Case 740

This is a 36-year-old woman who comes in to discuss the possibility of breast reduction surgery.  The patient is not sure whether she actually needs a lift or a reduction but does have symptoms of back and neck discomfort and really does not like to exercise because her breasts are too large and cause problems.  She wondered about getting a lift and possibly a reduction.   She also had some questions about placing an implant as well, which she was told she might need for breast shape.  Her main goal is to get smaller, tighter breasts that sit higher on the chest, but she does not want too much upper pole fullness.  Patient had a breast reduction with a total of 830 grams removed from her breasts. 

Using Vaser liposuction, 625 cc's of fat were also removed from the lateral chest wall. 

Our patient was happy with her new  breast size.
