Breast Reconstruction Before & After Case 684

This lovely patient came to Dr. Lepore for breast enhancement, including changing her existing breast implants. She had 345cc implants, and had developed capsular contracture in her left breast, causing an uneven appearance. Dr. Lepore removed the scar capsule, and for her breast augmentation, replaced both implants with smaller, 295cc smooth, round silicone gel implants.  Our patient is very pleased with her restored contours, seen here 7 weeks following he surgery.
