Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 744

Patient came in wanting to improve volume loss due to pregnancy.  We discussed breast augmentation procedures.  The patient wants a natural look without too much upper pole show and therefore we discussed performing a submuscular implant through an inframammary incision.  We talked about different implant types, and I think she would be a good candidate for silicone gel implant.  Her breast augmentation was done using a size 335 implant.
