Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 705

Our patient is in her late 30s, and is concerned about her breast appearance. She's lost fullness in the upper pole, and would like her breast position to return to being "up" and "forward."  Dr. Lepore addressed her concerns with Breast Augmentation and Breast Lift. She had a subglandular breast augmentation, with smooth, round, full silicone implants, 360cc.  He also performed a so-called Donut Lift, for moderate lift, with minimal scarring. Our patient is very happy with her results, seen here 7 weeks after her surgery.
