Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 680

A Breast Implant revision, and a brand new look. Our patient is in her mid 30s, and came to Dr. Bates for removal of her old 400cc saline implants. The implants had become encapsulated, and created an uneven appearance. She also felt they were too large for her frame. Dr. Bates performed breast augmentation, removing the scar capsules, and downsized her implants. She now has 310cc moderate profile silicone gel. Her breasts look natural and symmetrical, seen here 3 months following her surgery. She's very pleased with her new look.
