This patient, in her early 30s, had two concerns. She wanted more shape and volume for her breasts, and also hoped her breasts could be more even. This is one of the most common areas of concern for our breast patients. In her case, Dr. Bates was able to give her the shape and volume she wanted with Breast Augmentation (365cc full profile silicone gel implants)- placed beneath the chest muscle. For symmetry, she had a moderate breast lift (donut lift), to align the nipples. Her after photos were taken 3 months following her procedures.
