Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 664

This patient has undergone a previous breast augmentation. Several years later, she's concerned about changes in her left breast. Dr. Lepore noted moderate capsular contraction in that breast, and outlined the options for correction. Our patient decided to have both implants removed, and replaced with smaller ones. During surgery, Dr. Lepore performed a capsulotomy- then removed the old implants (345cc). New implants were inserted, smooth, round, full, silicone- 295cc. Our patient is very pleased with the new size and symmetry. After photos at 7 weeks.
