Brazilian Butt Lift Before & After Case 130

Mommy Makeover refers to a combination of surgeries performed to restore pre-pregnancy contours. This patient is in her mid-30s. A mother of 3 children, she was hoping to re-shape some areas that had changed with those pregnancies. Her first questions centered on Brazilian butt lift or buttock enhancement procedures. For buttock enhancement, we can remove fat from unwanted areas (flanks, abdomen, thighs) using liposuction, and transfer it by injection to other areas including the buttocks. In this case, our patient had hoped the liposuction procedure might flatten and tighten her abdomen. 

During her consultation with Dr. Vincent Lepore in San Jose, she learned that liposuction alone cannot tighten the stretched muscles and sagging skin that often come with pregnancy; a tummy tuck is needed.

The patient decided to proceed with the tummy tuck with VASER® Lipo of multiple areas and fat transfer to the buttocks (called a Brazilian butt lift). She is very pleased with her choices and with her results.
