This patient, in her mid-40s, has undergone a significant weight loss. After losing a great amount of weight, she now has sagging and hanging skin in multiple areas.  Dr. Bates performed various skin removal and tightening procedures, what many refer to as Body Lift surgery, to give her a much smoother and contoured appearance.
