Eyelid Surgery Case #536

Our patient is in her late 50s, and was seeking rejuvenation of her eyelids. Dr. Bates performed upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. We were able to further improve her results with a small amount of fat transfer. In the lower eyelid, we used her own fat to recontour the junction between her cheek and eyelid, to remove the tight “band” from her under eye region. Here she is 2 months after surgery enjoying her new, natural and refreshed result.
