Breast Augmentation Case #483

This 31 year old woman came to us requesting breast augmentation using her own fat. (breast augmentation with fat transfer) She did not want an implant and only wanted a modest ½ cup increase in size if possible.  Despite her thin frame, we were able to liposuction her trunk and place 150ml of fat into each breast.  She was able to go from an A cup to a full B cup using her own fat and no implant.
