Breast Lift, Breast Augmentation

Our patient has a very common concern about her breasts- loss of volume (involution) and sagging. Dr. Lepore explained the various options, including Breast Lift and Breast Augmentation. Our patient did not feel ready to commit to a standard breast lift, which provides greater lift, with more involved incisions and scarring. Instead, she chose a so-called Donut Lift, in which the incision is made around the areola. The scarring is minimal, and the amount of lift is moderate. In addition, she had Breast Augmentation with 445cc silicone gel implants. Here are her results at 4 weeks. She’s very happy with her breast results, and will return for an update if and when she feels it’s needed.
