This woman, in her early 30s, has several breast issues she hopes to address. She wanted breast augmentation, but also wanted her breasts to have a more "lifted" appearance.

But- she wanted a lifted look, without actually having a Breast Lift. At this time, she does not want to have the scars that may be associated with breast lift surgery. He performed a subglandular breast augmentation, achieving "lift" of the nipple position- without placing scars on the breast, or around the nipple.  She chose 385cc silicone gel implants, moderate plus profile.
