This is a woman in her early 20s. She wants to add volume and fullness to her small breasts. After discussions with Dr. Bates, she decided on breast augmentation. After examining all of the implant styles, she chose a saline-filled implant. The implant size is 350cc, (filled during surgery) - a smooth, round, moderate profile, placed beneath the chest muscle.
