Breast Augmentation /Breast Lift

This patient is in her 20s, and wants to improve what she feels is a deflated look of her breasts. She wants volume and lift, as well as a reduction in the size of her areolas. Dr. Maser performed a subglandular breast augmentation, and a so-called 'Donut Lift' - in which the incisions are made around the areola, for a moderate lift, and adjustment of areola size. She has high profile, silicone gel implants, in different sizes to address asymmetry. (385cc on the right- 451cc left.  Our patient achieved her goals- and is very happy with her new look.
